4. Payments and refunds

Course prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Refund windows are described on the FAQ. Taxes may apply based on your location.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the platform, disrupt services, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not share offensive, illegal, or infringing content.
• Respect confidentiality during peer feedback sessions.

6. Intellectual property

Content, trademarks, and materials provided by StageTrust Collective are protected. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to access purchased materials.

7. Disclaimer

We provide training and guidance but do not guarantee specific outcomes such as promotions, awards, or speaking invitations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StageTrust Collective is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the integrity of the services.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
